Istanbul Kent University Distance Education Research and Application Center (Kent UZEM) was established to contribute to the information gathering processes, to organize the educational activities of these processes, and to conduct scientific and technological research for the dissemination of e-learning processes. In this direction, our aim is to conduct research on distance education issues, to continue developing distance education processes, to transform the courses conducted by our University into e-learning structures and to coordinate the contents. 

In addition to these, Kent UZEM works in coordination with our R&D Office on projects and patents developed within our University and provides consultancy support on related processes. 

Kent UZEM operates to ensure coordination between the structures within our University and its stakeholders, especially in the execution of distance education programs. It is responsible for keeping, monitoring and evaluating the records of all training activities related to these and carrying out the necessary improvement and updating activities in this direction.
